Narrative:THE PLT WAS ATTEMPTING TO GO AROUND AFTER LANDING FAST, DUE TO A TAIL WIND THAT WAS STRONGER THAT ANTICIPATED. UNABLE TO CLIMB, THE ACFT WAS THEN BLOWN OFF THE RWY, COLLIDED WITH TREES, & CAME TO REST IN THE GULF OF MEXICO.
