Narrative:
THE ENGINE SURGED AND SUBSEQUENTLY LOST POWER DURING LOW ALTITUDE CRUISE FLIGHT ABOVE A DENSE FOREST. THE PILOT AUTOROTATED INTO THE TREES AND THEN FELL THROUGH ONTO THE GROUND. POST ACCIDENT EXAMINATION REVEALED WATER CONTAMINATION IN THE FUEL SYSTEM.
