Narrative:THE PILOT ALLOWED THE WING TIP TO DESCEND INTO BRUSH AND WILLOWS WHILE TURNING TO AVOID OBSCURED SKY CONDITIONS. THE TURN WAS DOWNWIND AND THE AIRPLANE STALLED AND STRUCK THE SNOW WHILE SKIDDING SIDEWAYS.
