Narrative:ON TAKEOFF, THE RIGHT DOOR POPPED OPEN. THE PILOT REACHED ACROSS TO PULL THE DOOR CLOSED AND LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT THEN STRUCK A TREE NEAR THE BANK OF THE LAKE.
