Narrative:THE AIRCRAFT LOST POWER IN FLIGHT AND CRASHED INTO A WOODED AREA. VMC CONDITIONS PREVAILED AND A VFR FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. ON SITE EXAMINATION OF THE FUEL TANKS REVEALED THAT LESS THAN A QUART OF FUEL REMAINED IN BOTH TANKS.
