Narrative:THE AG PILOT WAS SPRAYING A FIELD WHEN HE IMPACTED POWERLINES WHICH REMOVED THE UPPER ONE-THIRD OF THE VERTICAL STAB AND RUDDER. ON LANDING HE GROUNDLOOPED AND COLLAPSED THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR.
