Narrative:DURING CRUISE FLIGHT THE ULTRALIGHT EXPERIENCED AN INADVERTENT DEPLOYMENT OF THE DRAG CHUTE ACCOMPANIED BY A FAILURE OF THE DRAG CHUTE TO INFLATE. THIS RESULTED IN AN UNCONTROLLED DESCENT AND SUBSEQUENT IMPACT WITH THE TERRAIN.
