Narrative:WHILE PRACTICING TAKEOFFS AND LANDINGS ON AN AUTHORIZED SOLO INSTRUCTIONAL FLIGHT THE STUDENT PILOT BALLOONED AND BEGAN TO PORPOISE DOWN THE RUNWAY. ON THE THIRD NOSE GEAR CONTACT WITH THE RUNWAY THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED.
