THE PILOT STATED THAT AFTER TOUCHDOWN HE LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT CAUSING THE PLANE TO NOSE OVER. AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT THERE WAS A DIRECT CROSSWIND.
