THE PILOT ELECTED TO LAND ONTO A ROAD TO PICK UP A PASSENGER. THE PILOT FAILED TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE CLEARANCE FROM A WIRE FENCE TO THE RIGHT OF THE ROAD AND CAUGHT THE RIGHT WING.
