Narrative:THE ACFT EXPERIENCED A TOTAL LOSS OF PWR DURING CRUISE. A FORCED LDG WAS MADE ON A HWY AND THE ACFT STRUCK A ROAD SIGN. POST-CRASH EXAMINATION OF THE ACFT ENGINE REVEALED AN INOPERATIVE ENGINE FUEL PUMP.
