THE PLT ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO SETTLE BACK ONTO THE RUNWAY SHORTLY AFTER LIFTOFF FROM THE RUNWAY AFTER HAVING ALREADY RETRACTED THE LANDING GEAR. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH THE LANDING GEAR RETRACTED.
