Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT AFTER TOUCHDOWN HE LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT CAUSING THE PLANE TO NOSE OVER ON ITS BACK. AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT THE WIND WAS LESS THAN SIX KNOTS.
