Narrative:SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, A PARTIAL POWER LOSS OCCURRED & THE PLT MADE A FORCED LANDING IN A SOFT PLOWED FIELD, WHERE THE ACFT NOSED OVER ONTO ITS BACK. THE PLT RPRTD THE LOSS OF POWER WAS DUE TO FAILURE OF THE ENG BLOWER.
