Narrative:THE PLT STATED THAT AS HE ATTEMPTED TO LAND HE DID NOT NOTICE THE APCH LIGHTS AT THE END OF THE RWY. THE LEFT WING AND WINDSHIELD STRUCK THE LIGHTS, AFTER WHICH, THE ACFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
