Narrative:A LOSS OF POWER OCCURRED SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF ON A DOWNWIND DEPARTURE. A FORCED LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED ONTO A WHEAT FIELD DOWNHILL. THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER DURING THE LANDING ROLL. POST ACCIDENT INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT DISCLOSED FUEL CONTAMINATION.
