Narrative:THE PILOT INTENTIONALLY LANDED GEAR UP AFTER AN ELECTRICAL FAILURE AND THE GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND NORMALLY. THE ALTERNATOR SWITCHES WERE FOUND OFF AFTER THE ACCIDENT. IT WAS BEGINNING TO GET DARK WITH CEILINGS AT 2200 FT.
