THE PILOT DIVERTED FROM HIS INTENDED DESTINATION OF PANGBORN FIELD TO A LOCAL PRIVATE AIRSTRIP DUE TO LOCAL FOG. 8' OF CRUSTED SNOW WAS PRESENT ON THE RUNWAY AND THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER ON LANDING ROLL.
