Narrative:THE EXHAUST VALVE ROCKER ARM #1 CYLINDER FAILED IN FLIGHT. THE STUDENT PILOT DESCENDED AND LANDED IN A WOODED AREA. AFTER OVER FLYING A FROZEN LAKE OCCUPIED BY FISHERMEN. THE ROCKER ARM EXHIBITED EVIDENCE OF FATIGUE.
