Narrative:THE HELICOPTER CONTACTED THE TERRAIN IN AN UNCONTROLLED DESCENT AFTER COLLIDING WITH POWER LINES DURING A CLIMBING TURN TO THE WEST. THE PLT REPORTED HE COULD NOT SEE THE POWER LINES BECAUSE OF GLARE FROM THE SETTING SUN.
