Narrative:THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A BIRD WHILE DESCENDING FOR AN APCH TO LANDING AT OCEAN CITY. SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE RESULTED TO THE RIGHT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER. THE PLT WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE ACFT WITH DIFFICULTY. A SUCCESSFUL LANDING WAS ACCOMLISHED. .
