Narrative:THE PLT WAS TAKING OFF ON A STRIP OF TUNDRA ABOUT 1000 FT LONG IN CALM WIND CONDITIONS. DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL, HE LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL & THE ACFT GROUND LOOPED & WAS DAMAGED. NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WERE REPORTED.
