Narrative:THE PLT WAS UNABLE TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR & PERFORMED A GEAR-UP LANDING. POST ACCIDENT EXAMINATION REVEALED THAT THE NOSE GEAR DOOR WAS RESTRICTING THE MOVEMENT OF THE LANDING GEAR DUE TO IMPROPER REPAIR OF THE LANDING GEAR DOOR ATTACHMENT.
