Narrative:THE PLT ATTEMPTED TO TAKEOFF ON THE RWY A DURING TAKEOFF GROUND RUN THE ACFT LIFTED OFF PREMATURELY AND STALLED INTO HIGH VEGETATION. THE PLT STATED THAT THE GRASS ON THE RUNWAY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CUT BEFORE IT GOT TOO TALL.
