Narrative:A LANDING WAS BEING MADE ON AN AGRICULTURAL AIRSTRIP WHEN A DUST DEVIL WAS ENCOUNTERED. DURING APPLICATION OF BRAKES THE RIGHT BRAKE FAILED DUE TO A LEAKING O RING. THE AIRCRAFT THEN VEERED RIGHT STRIKING A FENCE.
