Narrative:THE ACFT NOSED OVER DURING LANDING. THE PLT SAID THAT HE MADE A WHEEL LNDG AND AFTER THE ACFT SLOWED TO 20 MPH THE TAIL LIFTED AND THE ACFT NOSED OVER.
