Narrative:THE ACFT CRASHED DURING A NIGHT VISUAL APPROACH WHILE PRACTICING LANDINGS. THE PAX STATED THAT THE ACFT WAS HIGH ON THE APPROACH AND THE PILOT WAS ADJUSTING HIS RATE OF DESCENT WHEN THE ACFT WENT DOWN.
