Narrative:THE PLT REPORTED THAT BY THE TIME HE HAD RETURNED TO THE ARPT, THE WIND VELOCITY HAD INCREASED TO 18 KTS. DURING THE LANDING, HE LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL & THE ACFT GROUND LOOPED & WAS DAMAGED.
