Narrative:DURING A PWR OFF LANDING, THE INSTRUCTOR NOTICED THAT THE AIRSPEED WAS LOW. THE INSTRUCTOR APPLIED FULL PWR; HOWEVER, THE ACFT STALLED AND THE PLT WAS UNABLE TO RECOVER THE ACFT PRIOR TO COMING IN CONTACT WITH THE WATER.
