Narrative:THE PLT WAS PERFORMING TOUCH-AND-GO'S WHEN ON THE LANDING ROLL SHE ALLOWED THE ACFT TO DRIFT OFF THE RWY INTO SOFT TERRAIN. THE ACFT NOSED OVER. THE PLT STATED THAT SHE WAS LOOKING INSIDE TO RAISE THE FLAPS.
