Narrative:THE ACFT STALLED DURING AN ATTEMPTED GO-AROUND. THE PLT INITIATED THE GO-AROUND WHILE ATTEMPTING TO LAND ON RWY 30 WITH WINDS FROM 270 DEGS AT 40 KTS GUSTING TO 60 KTS.
