Narrative:WHILE EN ROUTE, THE PLT CIRCUMNAVIGATED AROUND SEVERAL STORMS. WHEN THE ACFT WAS ABOUT 20 MI FROM THE DESTINATION ARPT, FUEL EXHAUSTION OCURRED. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE ACFT NOSED OVER DURING A FORCED LANDING ON SOFT UNEVEN TERRAIN.
