THE PLT STATED THAT SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, HE LOST CONTROL OF THE ACFT. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE ACFT CRASHED & WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED. THE PLT REPORTED THAT THE WIND WAS FROM 290 DEG AT 25 GUSTING 35 KTS.
