Narrative:THE ACFT BOUNCED DURING TOUCHDOWN SEVERAL TIMES WHILE ATTENDING TO LAND ON THE WATER. THE ACFT WAS TOO CLOSE TO A DAM TO MAKE A GO-AROUND. THE ACFT THEN STRUCK THE DAM HEAD ON.
