Narrative:THE PLT TOOK OFF ON A WET-SOFT AIRSTRIP WHICH MADE THE TAKEOFF RUN LONGER THAN NORMAL. THE INITIAL CLIMB WAS AT MINIMUM AIRSPEED WHEN GUSTY WINDS CAUSED THE ACFT TO STALL. THE ACFT IMPACTED THE GROUND AND WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED.
