Narrative:PLT WAS LANDING ON A CITY STREET SO THE ACFT COULD BE PUT ON DISPLAY. WHEN THE ACFT OVERRAN THE END OF THE STREET THE PLT LOCKED THE BRAKES TO AVOID CONTACTING BUILDINGS AND VEHICLES AND THE ACFT NOSED OVER.
