Narrative:THE PLT REPORTED A LOSS OF ELEVATOR CONTROL DURING THE TAKEOFF CLIMB PORTION OF A TOUCH-&-GO LANDING. EXAMINATION OF THE WRECKAGE DISCLOSED A BROKEN TURNBUCKLE THAT WAS STILL ATTACHED TO THE UPPER END OF THE ELEVATOR HORN.
