Narrative:A DEPLANING PASSENGER WALKED INTO THE ROTATING TAIL ROTOR. THE PASSENGER HAD BEEN WALKED AWAY FROM THE ACFT BY THE PLTS BROTHER BUT SHE RETURNED ON HER OWN AND WAS STRUCK BY THE TAIL ROTOR.
