Narrative:WITNESSES STATED THAT THE STUDENT PLT MADE AN INITIAL SOLO TAKEOFF & LANDING. DURING THE SECOND LANDING ATTEMPT HE MADE A GO-AROUND. ON THE FINAL LANDING THE ACFT TOUCHED ON THE WHEELS, BOUNCED/FLOATED, STARTED TO PORPOISE AND COLLAPSED THE NOSE GEAR.
