Narrative:ENGINE FAILURE OCCURRED SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF DUE TO WATER CONTAMINATION IN THE FUEL SYSTEM. THE PILOT STATED THAT A MORE THOROUGH PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED. THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH THE TERRAIN DURING THE UNCONTROLLED DESCENT.
