Narrative:THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH THE GROUND FOLLOWING A LOSS OF CONTROL DURING THE LANDING FLARE. AS THE STUDENT PLT BEGAN THE FLARE, THE ACFT VEERED TO THE LEFT AND CONTACTED THE GROUND DESPITE THE APPLICATION OF RIGHT RUDDER.
