Narrative:THE STUDENT PLT STATED THAT THE ACFT TOUCHED DOWN LONG AND BOUNCED. HE APPLIED POWER TO GO-AROUND AND LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL COLLIDING WITH A FENCE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RWY. THE WIND WAS CLAM.
