Narrative:PLT INITIATED TAKEOFF IN STRONG GUSTY X-WIND. APPROACHING TREE LINE, ACFT BEGAN TO SINK. PLT TURNED TO AVOID TREES AND STALLED ACFT. LOAD JETTISON WAS TOO LATE TO AID IN STALL RECOVERY AND ACFT MUSHED INTO GROUND.
