Narrative:STUDENT PILOT CARRYING A PASSENGER TOOK OFF WITH THE FLAPS IN THE FULL DOWN POSITION. THE AIRCRAFT STALLED SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF AND IMPACTED THE RUNWAY IN A NOSE LOW, LEFT WING LOW ATTITUDE.
