Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT THE ENGINE FAILED DUE TO FUEL STARVATION. THE FUEL SELECTOR IS AN ON-OFF TYPE. EXAMINATION OF THE AIRCRAFT REVEALED THAT THE FUEL VENT WAS PARTIALLY BLOCKED BY MUD DOBBERS.
