Narrative:THE ENG LOST POWER AFTER TAKEOFF AT ABOUT 150 FT AGL & THE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED DURING THE FORCED LANDING. THE NOSE LANDING LIGHT RUBBER SEAL HAD SEPARATED & ENTERED INTO THE CARBURETOR CAUSING AIR BLOCKAGE.
