Narrative:THE ACFT RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RWY AFTER TOUCHDOWN. THE PLT INDICATED THAT THE RIGHT MAIN TIRE BLEW OUT. HE SAIDTHAT HE WAS UNABLE TO KEEP THE ACFT ON THE RWY AND IT NOSED DOWN INTO SOFT DIRT.
