THE TIRE FLIPPED UP & HIT THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER & JAMMED THE ELEVATOR. WITH THE AID OF THE RIGHT FRONT SEAT PASSENGER, THE PLT WAS ABLE TO MOVE THE ELEVATOR CONTROL.
