Narrative:THE CFI STATED THAT WHILE PRACTICING A PEDAL TURN THE STUDENT PILOT SUDDENLY APPLIED BACK CYLIC CAUSING THE TAIL ROTOR TO CONTACT THE GROUND. THE MAIN ROTOR THEN CONTACTED THE GROUND AND THE HELICOPTER ROLLED OVER.
