Narrative:THE AIRCRAFT COLLIDED WITH A TREE DURING AN EMERGENCY LANDING FOLLOWING LOSS OF THROTTLE CONTROL AT A LOW RPM. EXAMINATION REVEALED THAT AN UNCERTIFIED THROTTLE CABLE HAD BEEN INSTALLED, IT FAILED AT THE ATTACHMENT TO THE THROTTLE BODY.
